REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
(RFP) FOR THE SALE OF
REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

The Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) announces the sale of the properties illustrated in this RFP notice. Interested parties wishing to participate in the RFP must pick up the documents on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM at the Real Estate Office of the Industrial Development Company, located on the first floor of the Fomento Building, at F.D. Roosevelt Avenue, in Hato Rey.

Registration requires a non-refundable payment of $1,000.00, in a certified check or money order, made payable to the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company. Cash will not be accepted.

Participants will submit their proposals (original and copy) in sealed envelopes at the Real Estate Office of the Industrial Development Company. The deadline for submitting proposals is July 12, 2024, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. PRIDCO reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to cancel the procedure at any stage, at its sole and absolute discretion.

Participants may visit the properties in this RFP on the dates indicated in this announcement. They will also have until July 8, 2024, to submit their questions in writing.
