  • Pre-Auction Meeting: August 20, 2024 at 10:30am (virtual for participants/in-person to PRIDCO staff)
  • Ocular Inspection: August 23, 2024 at 1:00pm – Arecibo, then Quebradillas and Utuado (compulsory for all participants and PRIDCO personnel)
  • Deadline for questions: August 27, 2024 at 4:00pm
  • Offer Delivery: September 10, 2024 at 9:00am
  • Opening Ceremony: September 10, 2024 at 10:00am

In response to the possible damage caused by the passage of Storm Ernesto through Puerto Rico, the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) shares a form to facilitate the identification and evaluation of damage to industrial properties, as well as to respond to requests for necessary emergency services.
