Nature of Work:
Primary responsibility for the administration of office systems, technology and provision of support services aimed at achieving the goals, objectives and expected results of the assigned functional unit. Attends to and identifies alternatives and effective solutions to administrative and support situations for office activities.
Working conditions:
Availability to work outside regular hours if necessary and possess a mobile communication device (cell phone).
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of progressive experience in work related to the administration of office systems, using technological applications, use of cyber networks and other applications. As a substitute for the Baccalaureate, two (2) years of academic preparation with four (4) years of additional experience beyond the minimum experience required may be validated. Verbal and written command of Spanish and English. Mastery of office systems administration practices, techniques and skills. Mastery of Word, Power Point and technology related to the administration of office systems.
Nature of the Exam:
The exam will consist of an evaluation in which points will be awarded for academic preparation, courses or training and for work experience directly related to the functions of the positions in the class.
