This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for the purpose of the Reconstruction of PRIDCO Waterfront Industrial Park in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico.


Important Dates:

  1. Pre-Auction Meeting:                  August 22, 2024 at 11:00am (virtual for participants / in-person for PRIDCO staff)
  2. Ocular Inspection:                       August 26, 2024 at 11:00am (Compulsory for all participants and PRIDCO staff)
  3. Deadline for questions:               September 20, 2024 at 4:00pm 
  4. Offer Delivery:                              October 22, 2024 at 9:00am
  5. Opening Ceremony:                     October 22, 2024 at 10:00am
